1.1 适用工况1.1 Applicable Operating cases
The crane can make both longitudinal and transverse travel in the container yard, and it can handle the operating of lifting 20’ container with a maximum weight of 35 tonnes standard container.
该机支承在4组台车组上,每组台车组有4个车轮,以市电为驱动力。起重机龙门架上部有一个起重小车,能在起重机工作范围内进行装卸作业。
The crane is erected on 4 sets of bogie with 4 wheels on each bogie and is driven by electric supply. One lifting trolley which is located upside of portal frame can carry out loading and unloading operation within the working scope of this crane.
根据客户要求起重机配备有一个20英尺集装箱专用吊具,它通过吊具上架和钢丝绳缠绕系统与起重小车相连接。
The crane shall be equipped with a 20-feet spreader, which shall be connected with the trolley through the upper frame of the spreader and wire rope reeving system.
起重机各主要工作机构的电气驱动为全数字式交流变频调速,电气系统采用卫华自主知识产权的系统集成方案,也可根据客户的需求采用经过双方协商的系统集成商。
The main operating mechanisms of the crane shall be powered by all digital AC frequency controllable speed motor. The electrical system is adopted system integration scheme of Weihua proprietary intellectual property rights. The system integrator can be negotiated by both parties according to customer requirements.
1.2 主要结构特点1.2 Main structure characteristics
主要结构:本设备整机主要由门架、大车运行、小车、司机室、电气设备组成。
Main structure: The entire crane including gantry structure, gantry travel, trolley, operator’s cab and electrical system.
本起重机采用双梁双轨、卷扬单小车的结构型式。
The crane is double girders, double rails and winch single trolley type.
起重机卷扬小车上若设有主、副起升机构,就各采用一套独立的传动系统。主、副起升机构既可独立完成吊运,又可协同完成翻转设备工作。
If both the main and auxiliary hoisting mechanisms are on the trolley, then an independent transmission system shall be adopted for them respectively, which enables the main and auxiliary hoisting both to carry on the lifting operation independently and to help doing some turning over work.
